Times China Mobilization Conference Upholds the Philosophy of “Delivering Quality Surprising to the Customer and Service Pleasing to the Customer”

Times China Board Chairman Shum Chiu Hung, together with a group of senior executives and more than 2,500 employees, held a May 23 mobilization conference at which the business philosophy of “delivering quality surprising to the customer and service pleasing to the customer” was upheld. There were 99 parallel sessions at the conference, making it one of the largest in the storied history of Times China. By interpreting the company's future direction of strategic development, the conference served as a guide for the organization's next phase of endeavor.

As China's economy enters the new development stage, the real-estate industry is returning to the new normal. Every real-estate company is faced with the challenge of finding a new direction for its development.

Chairman Shum, as he had throughout the prior six months, led the company's management team in the intense inspection of numerous projects and set the direction for the company's strategic development through systematic analysis and thinking.

Chairman Shum, during his speech at the conference, said that real-estate companies should again focus on the essence of the industry and dedicate themselves to improving the products and services. The customer's recognition of a company's products and services and its ability to create value for the customers constitute the basis on which a company may thrive. Thus, Times China will adhere to the strategic direction of high-quality development and diligently practice the business philosophy of “delivering quality surprising to the customer and service pleasing to the customer.”

Times China Group Join President Zhou Siyang said the conference was aimed at unifying the thoughts, objectives and actions at the company level in preparation for more resource investment in the enhancement of quality in products and services for the purpose of creating value for consumers in a down-to-earth manner.

Mr. Kang Feng, vice president of Times China and general manager of the Investment and Product Operation Center, said the company will make their products the most valuable in the region through forging the greatest product power in the industry with humanistic, fashionably artistic products, comprehensive supporting facilities and the ideal of superior quality.

According to Mr. Kang, programs for product improvement are already underway. Since the second half of last year, Times China has spared no expense in introducing educational, commercial and other supporting facilities to projects and improving the surrounding road condition and municipal environment, so as to enhance the convenience and comfort of living for the owners. Meanwhile, the company is also dedicated to comprehensively improving the quality of projects under construction, optimizing the standards of the facades, garden landscape, public area, basement lobby and supporting facilities, thus creating benchmark products for the region.

Wang Meng, executive director and CEO of Times Neighborhood, said Times Neighborhood has upgraded its four-dimensional service standards based on the sales positioning and established eleven improvement measures throughout the entire project life-span, with an eye to providing high-quality services covering the entire life-cycle of the projects.

According to Ms. Wang, by means of services, Times Neighborhood can not only provide owners with living experiences beyond their expectation but also help owners ensure the appreciation of assets, thereby doubling the value for customers.
